Neither of us has a farming or particularly rural background - Malcolm spends his weekdays developing technology policy and strategyand Sarah is a technical writer by trade. However, both of us thought there was some appeal to the country... The day jobs are a far cry from walnuts and hazelnuts we know, but that makes Autumn River all the more special.
